Service Description:
The topobathy model of the study area was generated by blending together the best available information for each region within the study area--offshore, nearshore, upper elevations, etc. The final model is at a 10m x 10m resolution.

Bathymetry was generated using Maumee River sonar data from the University of Toledo Applied Spatial Ecology Laboratory and lake bathymetry data from the NOAA NOS Hydrographic Surveys.

The Digital Elevation Model depicting landscape topography was constructed by combining coastal data from the US Army Corps of Engineers National Coastal Mapping Program, nearshore data from the Ohio Geo Referenced Information Program, and upper elevation data from the USGS National Elevation Dataset.
