A tile layer is the only way to host imagery on ArcGIS Online. This image was taken by OrbView-3, a high resolution satellite that captured the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, Louisiana, on August 30, 2005. There were 19,684 tiles that were created. The zoom level range for which the tiles were generated is 1:178,588.
