Service Description: Image sourced from USGS Earth Explorer. The image was take by OrdView-3, a high resolution satellite that captured an image of new Orleans on August 30, 2005, the day after Hurricane Katrina flooded the city. It was tiled through ArcGIS Pro and exported to ArcGIS online. Tiles were generated at a zoom level of 11, a scale of 1:300,243 and the total number of tiles generated were 19684.
