Service Description: This layer displays the resulting flooding of Hurricane Katrina when it struck New Orleans, Louisiana in 2005. This image was taken by OrbView-3, a high-resolution satellite, the day after the hurricane landed on August 30, 2005. Zoom levels of 0 to 17 were used to derive the final image in ArcGIS Pro, with 19,684 tiles generated in the process.
