Georeferencing - 2nd order polynomial transformation using mainly county and township boundary intersections as control points. Total RMS Error 63.5 meters, with individual residuals ranging 15 m - 120.9 m. Larger residuals are a result of control points along Dakota and Goodhue county boundary for more seamless alignment of the two county maps.
