Service Description: This map is a mosaic of four maps titled KUN-MING (southwest), LANCHOW (northwest), PEI-P'ING (northeast), and CANTON (southeast). The maps are revised in 1945 by China Theater, using the following sources:

Asia Transportation Map 1:2,000,000. First Edition - AMS 1.
AMS 1:250,000, 1:1,000,000, 1:500,000.
3rd Photo Tech Unit, Hq 8th Photo Group Rcn.
Photographic coverage and tri-metrogon compilation by the 14th U.S.A.A.F.
Road reconnaissance by various U.S. agencies.
Road mileages from U.S. Army Road reconnaissance and Chinese General Staff Highway maps.
