Service Description: Georeferenced 1964 aerial photo of Carleton College and the surrounding area. The source aerial photo is from University of Minnesota Libraries MHAPO (Minnesota Historical Aerial Photographs Online https://www.lib.umn.edu/apps/mhapo/). The photo is georeferenced by Carleton College GIS Lab using the Spline transformation. Main refernce data are 2010 cir Dakota and 2011 cir Rice images from MnGeo imagery service (http://geoint.lmic.state.mn.us/cgi-bin/wms?), Carleton College Arboretum trails, and georeferenced 1938 and 1951 aerial photos. Alignments with MnGeo imagery and among the historical imagery (1938, 1951 and 1964) are visually checked and improved at the scale of 1:2,400.
