Service Description: Terra-i has implemented a methodology for flood identification using time series of Sentinel-1 SAR radar images and CHIRPS precipitation data, applying threshold detection methods, flood indices such as NDFI (Normalized Difference Flood Index), and the detection method developed by the United Nations called UN-SPIDER. The methodology was applied in the platform implementation area for flood detection with a temporality of 12 days and a spatial resolution of 10 meters, to 2022.
