Service Description: This is the 1% annual chance floodplain for the 2050s based on FEMA's 2013 Preliminary Flood Insurance Rate Maps and the New York Panel on Climate Change's 90th Percentile Projection for Sea Level Rise (30 inches). Data provided by the Mayor's Office of Recovery and Resiliency on behalf of CUNY Institute for Sustainable Cities (CISC) and the New York Panel on Climate Change (NPCC).

These data are intended to support long-range planning decisions regarding climate change adaptation and are not appropriate for determining current risk, insurance ratings, or other legal or regulatory frameworks. They are not appropriate for site scale planning or design.
