Subject: Summit County, OH 2015 Ortho/LiDAR Project: In April of 2015 Woolpert obtained new aerial imagery covering the entire Summit County area (+/- 420 sq. miles). Products produced (in addition to 4-band, 8-bit orthophotos with a 0.25-foot ground sample distance GSD) included countywide MrSID imagery (RGB and CIR - with a compression of 30x and 100x). The aerial imagery was collected during leaf-off conditions at a minimum of 3-inch resolution. Along the perimeter of the project area, ortho-imagery is buffered at 100-feet. Imagery was collected with Leica digital cameras and rectified using existing LiDAR data. Orthoimagery and ancillary data products produced through this contract are public domain data.
